The wine paired Holiday dinner is $70.00 per person plus any extras you request that are outside the coursed menu.

Slagel Family Farms 8 hr. braised short rib with a calabrian demi celery root, potato puree, roasted airloom carrots.
Deconstructed lobster thermadoor over fresh handmade rigatoni in a creamy mornay sauce with Maine lobster.
